Editorial policy
Global Insight Hub aims to make international subjects clearer without making them seem simpler than they are. Our editorial choices favour legible explanations, careful wording and a visible distinction between established information and interpretation.
Accuracy and context
We check factual statements against suitable material before publication and review names, dates, definitions and the scope of claims. We distinguish a general explanation from a claim about a particular place or current event. When a subject is disputed or information is uncertain, we say so rather than implying that one account settles it.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for readers, not as a condition of a commercial relationship. Partners do not approve independent editorial coverage or determine its conclusions. We aim to disclose relevant interests when they could affect how a subject is understood.
Corrections
Readers can flag a possible error through the Contact page. We assess the claim, check the relevant passage and correct material errors when warranted. Where a correction changes the meaning of a published item, we make the change clear to readers.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid or partner-created material is labelled clearly near the content so readers can tell it apart from independent editorial work. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; when that is the case, the illustration is identified. Images are not treated as documentary evidence unless their source and purpose support that use.
Connections are the story.
A map, a rule or a shipment can reveal a wider relationship. We explain the moving parts without pretending one detail tells the whole story.
